How about drinking a healthy, delicious, and ice-cold drink on these hot days. Let's make a smoothie together 
Materials for making

* 1 tablespoon of honey
* 2 glasses of nonfat soy milk
* 2 medium bananas
* 100 grams of fat-free yogurt
* Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
* Pieces of ice

Whisk the banana slices, honey, cinnamon, non-fat yogurt, and milk in the blender at the same time. Add honey and finally ice chips to the mixture in the blender. You can also add 1 teaspoon of Pekmez instead of honey.
